Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Caramel Cream Cheese Icing

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Caramel Cream Cheese Icing

Pumpkin season is here! In the fall, I always {over}indulge in anything pumpkin. With only 3 ingredients, these Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes are quick and easy. They are guaranteed to be a hit at your next Halloween party, School or church bake sale or Thanksgiving dinner.

Since I am using a box mix for the cupcakes, I like to make my own cream cheese icing, but you can certainly top with store bought icing.
